If your organisation uses CCTV the resident must consent to it. CCTV can be used in 16+ however, it cannot be intrusive and must be for safety purposes only. You must have a CCTV Policy as well as CCTV must be covered in GDPR.
CCTV cannot be used in Residential Children's Homes.
