To register an organisation with Ofsted is a process that can take from 6 months to a year however, this period can be longer depending on Ofsted backlogs and organisational capacity. 

We have successfully registered 10+ businesses with Ofsted as well as run a Ofsted registered organisation ourselves. We have 15 years of experience in the sector as management, a level 5 and 7 as well as a Social Worker degree. 

This package includes:

• One year access to a team who will be assigned to your organisation
• 3 day 360 review of your business and a tailored plan on how to progress to ensure no hurdles during the Ofsted registration process
• Ofsted registration 
• Tailored policies, procedures and review of your documentation to ensure you have the best tools in place 
• Training of staff for their registration interviews and tailored packages for training of all support staff through our 3rd party trusted training providers 
• Mock inspections of the registered home
• Support to prepare for the interview and inspection
• We will see you through to the finish

Please note additional services such as recruitment of staff, RSM or NI can be provided at an additional cost.
