Safeguarding + POLICY PACK FOR OFSTED & CCA

This package is a 71 page document which includes the Safeguarding Policy and Safer Recruitment Policy, Surveillance and Monitoring Policy, Induction and Probation Policy, Key work & role of key worker, Behaviour Management Policy and CSE Policy.

Please note our clients have registered with the New Care Commissioning Alliance (WLA) framework and Ofsted with this policy pack.

It is most suitable for 16+ however, policies such as:
Safeguarding, Safer Recruitment, Induction and Probation, role of Key work and role of key worker and the CSE policy apply to residential children's homes too. Language will have to be adjusted (NI - RI and RSM to RM).
